    Things are bad when you are relying on R&D Tax incentives to keep the company afloat, if they decide on a capital raising holders will be further diluted and I doubt few if any holders would be interested in an offering , just throwing good money after bad IMHO. I continue to hold to see what they can do over the next 6 months.
