I think the interesting thing is in the amount of money yet to come in (5m) vs the amount to go out (3m) which is because during jan and feb the money coming in would have gone to the old entity, so we only get the new billings added to our side but they are yet to be paid in, ie owed thru our sales. So if you add 2m euros to the bottom line, and add back in acq costs 1.6 , and imagine we reduced r and D in the future thru various sackings already done say 1m , I can see 4.6 m euros extra profit in there. ( group lss 4m) ie, this IS cash flow positive now.... yay.
