    The contract with the German group was for 28M euros. They have lost 1.74M euros.
    We don’t know how much profit the Germans have made. Their reputation must have been hit.
    But it would appear the performance guarantees did not guarantee performance because as you point out the Germans will now be paid almost $900K (based on current SP) if they achieve an unspecified performance.
    Kalium is far from being beyond the reach of administration.
