i had heard rumours (a month or so ago) of a few companies- much larger in negotiations with buying KLL but my understanding now is that it's in administration due to sale process falling through. i would be surprised if this is still on the cards....

however,

i personally don't see why they would want 200million worth of debt and a mill that doesn't perform as designed. unless ofcourse it's worth it to turn it around


i heard one of the employees was working over time doing extra swings and wasn't paid out at all. That was months ago now.

my advice to shareholders now would be always read the quarterly cashflow statements and take a screen shot of management and never speculate in any company that adds anyone of them to the board.
