The lenders would get $104 million out of the $200 million lent. The contractors would get $26 million out of the $50 million they invoiced.

Shareholders in this scenario would get nothing and would have no stake in the new company's operations.

There are rufflings around that it's been sold or is close to with several interested parties can this really happen?
What does that actually look like if so? , I'm a long-time holder ( suffer if you like ) but if it's rebranded are you saying we shareholders get nothing or cannot even claim a capital loss?
