This indicates that administration is off the cards imo and this renegotiation is potentially a requirement of further funding of sorts. Ebtec remain confident to the point of accepting performance rights is some kind of plus. Amazing that Kalium is now paying Ebtec to do what they were supposed to do in the first place lol
