Will be very interesting to see where this guys, balls in the court of the major 2/3 shareholders here.... I really do think the right management of the company can turn things around, and for one BFG isn't the right candidate to take over this company. It's simply the bottom line of adding additional revenue to their books as they will prepare for either a sell off or a restructure.

SWF can really excel and become a great trading platform if the right leadership is put into place that:

* Removes majority of the unnecessary spending (board members that do absolutely nothing, directors etc)
* Focus on improving the platform and incorporating new products (eg. options trading in foreign markets, cryptocurrencies, cleaner UI etc)
* Look for new avenues of income outside of the trading world.

It's been a wasted last few years with piss poor performance from the leadership team, the company has great potential - unfortunately it just lacks the right leadership.
