Actually was 22 -> 23 -> 25c so Bell jumped by 2c over the Axi bid.

Interesting line in the scheme implementation deed:
"The public proposals arose subsequent to a confidential competitive process that commenced after Selfwealth received multiple indicative, non-binding and confidential proposals from a number of parties "

So we wait to see if Axi increase their offer or if any of these other parties come out of the woodwork.
