Yes, and not unusually for FNX, a bit of an information vacuum here.
The rise (which seems not to be underwritten) has 3 components
1. A Placement to raise $1.1m
2 An Entitlement to raise $4.8m
3 A Con Note issue to raise $10m
If the Entitlement is struggling, what about the Placement and the Con Notes?
