    Ah the Madding Crowd...

I noticed the other day Thomas Hardys most famous work will be 150 yrs old next week. Am I right in thinking the above comment re cash needing to be in the bank by next Friday means the effective cut off date is the on the anniversary of Hardy's work? Some level of amusement there.

I can see the riotous nature the crowd here and tbh Footmax, the reason I chose to reply to yourself in this thread is I do think you have a point irt to no particular attempt to get folk excited atm. Its interesting in the present context and with announcement irt disclosure.

A few thoughts though, some are repeated from prior posts, but frankly the repetitious nature of poster content here makes this repetition pale in contrast.

If we have no final, no BP response, ie we are waiting on the two - what are management legitimately expected to say? If they say its good - its "exciting", they are in trouble for misleading if it eventuates it is not. Obviously the opposite is potentially the end of the line for BIT. I think they will have to wait for an AGM to provide considered information. Whilst I get the frustration, I think the arguments here verge on manic, illustrative of poor trading behaviour, and human nature I guess.

Of course its further confused by the non holders here. Don't have Netflix? Or waiting to get in. Or... wanting this off market maybe? Why ? ...

If this tech has the potential to be worth - "a lot" - who might want it?

Logically, its probably not big BP pushing it down at this level, given the rounding error price tag, surely they'd pay up with pocket change rather than mess about with potential liquidators. Only caveat I can think of for that argument is some sort of regulatory or policy constraint.

Who might that leave? Mid tier, immediate competitors, key SH, others close by....

Or is the madding crowd right? They can be at times, but invariably they create a golden smokescreen regardless...

SP is very resilient, volume noted, as you mentioned...interesting, right?

I genuinely wonder if at some point a favourable announcement is expected by management. To the point re silence, as understand it they would have to provide a price sensitive announcement were they told bye bye by all BP, if there was no path forward, right? We don't have one, right? Management have just acknowledged comms as issue, right?

Right bloody well right, if I'm right. (Super tramp 1974) - go on have a little chuckle at that one.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, write.... 26 November 1859.. (that date is harder to squeeze into this narrative ). However, the SP, the top 40, the silence... indicates to me there may be two cities here, I acknowledge one is looking not as exciting as it could, but you need to acknowledge that around here at least its potentially obscured here by some lets say Victorian Era style smog.

Careful what you wish for into Christmas people

    DYOR
