I do wonder why the market has discounted the asset so much? I guess it is in relation to the length of time to get gold bars, and the finance required to make it all work. There must be better options to finance the Crawford project. Surely a big 4 bank would fund a project with such stunning return on capital forecasts.

Otherwise a larger gold miner could look at an outright purchase?.
