We have had Medibank dispute with Little Company of Mary in 1H FY16. That should of created some extra churn than normal.
Have the health funds such as Medibank hit back hard with ahm. Cheaper products.
iSelect is not a whole of industry comparator in health insurance. This has been hindered by Medibank and Bupa. However Medibank has come on board in some way?
