Given these properties were under due diligence and couldn't even meet revenue targets during the hottest southern summer on record you would imagine it could only depress any offer price for the whole or part of the business. The half yearly accounts will provide the basis for a more detailed review of where the company is placed, but based on this announcement I imagine it will go no-where to justifying the management salaries imposed.
