This happened almost exactly one year ago, and the market overreacted badly - I got in at $1.00.
Seems like most are looking through and seeing it as little more than deal delays rather than a longer term impact.
The midpoint revenue miss is -7% but EBITDA miss is -5% so suggests that larger (and lower margin) projects have been delayed.
