It is not surprising that in an election year major projects are delayed. Elections are extremely disruptive to business and effect everyone's planning, hence project delays in both the government and non-government sectors.
If they did fall substantially I would buy more however I think this will only be a momentary drop and we'll forget about it in 3 months time.
