Whether to accept an offer from Harbour or not will come down to ones investment horizons.
Harbour need to make a profit on their investment so can't see this getting much over $7 from them, maybe $7:50. For this investment to be worthwhile for them they will need to get the equivalent value of $10 or so in 3 years IMO.
If one has a longer time horizon then one could be tempted to decline the Harbour offer and punt on $10 in 3 years. If folks have a short term investment horizon then they could be tempted to take the money.
Regarding the analysts, they always disappoint me. Would be interested in peoples view of the probability of $10 in 3 years.
