GBST market price is well above value indicating it was overpriced to start with:
I like BVS and very happy they did not pay a premium by not doing the deal. Unless they decide to chase after GBST driven by hybrid (which I doubt they would) the investors will turn their focus to the unharvested upside of BVS:
