Given BVS has similar market share I suspect we'd have same issues, but I'm sure they would at least get Approval first. FNZ made a heck of a gamble and it seems they have lucked out. Our share price also makes script acquisition a poor idea, just look at IOOF, so I think we will just be interested observers.
