gbst is a competitor to bvs. So for one, its one less competitor to bvs but also there's so much positive synergy that can come from the acquisition i m not suprised that bvs is prepared to up their offer to $3 dollars.
dont forget gbst has a lot of blue chip companies under its books and not to mention gbst has presence in uk and in us. Bvs already has presence in uk too so it'll allow bvs to solidify their market presence in uk as well as potentially allowing bvs to enter market into us markets??
i myself have used gbst platform and i quite l ike the system. I really hope that acquisition does go ahead as it will drive a lot of positives for bvs and hopefully for gbst as well.
