I was with you until that last statement.

Nick is not a CEO, even by his own admission and I am not sure why anyone would think otherwise. He specialises in the technical aspects of this business and we are crying out for an experienced CEO, who can manage operations and in particular other staff members who tend to go off on their own tangents, its the reason this company has failed time and time again.

I like Nick, he is a nice enough guy who has real dreams for this company, he is just not the guy to turn these dreams into a reality unfortunately.
