The thing I like about Nick is that I think he is basically a good person. Not like many of the other alternatives out there have that trait! Yes he pays himself a large salary and yes he might be optimistic about his targets but I get the basic impression that is trying to look out for the other stakeholders in the business as best he can.
I think that this is a large part of the reason why people are willing to do business with us - they know that they have someone running the business who is not a shark and who is passionate about what they do.
