I compare to what EVN paid for Northparks and around $150m is fair price. ALK makes massive profit on the investment (costs to explore it) and retains 20% free carry and then collects roughly 40Koz AuEq of profits per year for few decades.
This is equivalent to having small second operation which can set the stage to grow the company when combined with TGO profits.
