But I think it will be 80/20 JV where the partner buys 80% of NMPP and funds it to production with some caveats to protect ALK in case the JV partner blows the budget - if ALK are smart enough to do this.

80% for NMPP anywhere between $150m and $200m will be fair price - in my view.

If ALK finds more at NMPP then things change. Hope they do produce good news from one of the NMPP areas they drilled. Good results from two areas will be great.
