That or I assume the ore could be processed for the largest value metal and then the tailings or waste ore could be reprocessed through a "tailings retreatment plant". That way they can recover the majority of the value and then sell the tailings or use the funds from the initial revenue to pay for the reprocessing.
That or just make a new purpose built plant as suggested.
