I am curious regarding this announcement. With the "impending" acquisition by White Rock, why are Morning Star making plans on the future exploration and mining into 2022. Typically any new management coming into a newly acquired project will take a back step, and comprehensively review all available data prior to making decisions regarding the future. Thus should the acquisition proceed this work outlined is worthless.

I get the strong feeling that AuStar are making detailed plans on the assumption that the acquisition will not proceed. Why is AuStar spending time and money on development and exploration, with the "intent" that the company/project will be acquired by another company? I suspect that either the acquisition will not proceed, or the arrangement will be significantly altered when compared to the initial proposal. This combined with the recent funds raising suspects there is a change to the original plans
