Well, looks like there is some last minute haggling. At least they are still interested and the offer price of between .53-.54 cents is still better than what Autohome had offered.

I must say though, the underlying businesses are doing quite well, though if this deal for some reason still didn't proceed, the company would likely have to raise capital in the near future. Not great, but not terrible given the have made a very good recovery post covid.
