If Carsome was going to pull the pin the most obvious point was at the conclusion of due diligence. They didn't, rather they confirmed interest but at a slightly lower price. While I'd have preferred 55c like everyone else, I view this as another step towards completion.

Totally agree. Just a matter of time now. The only thing. I can see screwing this up is shareholders deciding to say no, but I am not aware of anyone unwilling to sell at the price offered.
