as many overseas share holders can't get that franking credit, there is always some meat left for local shareholders in this type of transaction. But we are seriously lucky because we do not want Newmont to be $85+ to launch a takeover of us at this price.... Newmont is also at a very low level. Hence there is room to "grow". Unlike aft, ?jumped down 50% after takeover.
Here in our current case, higher Chance to jump up 50%.... Newmont near term strong support area is $42++. We are getting there. Someone is trying to flush out someone.

Anyway, those long enough in this gold Game won't feel anything with the smelly tactics those banksters use.
New comers can feel extremely frustrated, because it just doesn't make any sense at all
