Can't really factor in the 1.1USD franked special dividend at the moment, because we are paying ourselves and possibly using the undrawn credit facilities.
So much like levered up NCM to boost the deal. using OUR money to BUY ourselves. lol Only the evil advisors can think of such scheme.
if NEM is chipping in their own money would be a different story.
