I'm holding out for that reason. I'm just thinking of a pink midsize warehouse looking Priceline. I have seen Chemist Warehouse aggressively place their stores in areas with higher rents. Priceline already exists in various locations. In addition, Priceline stores that I go to are a lot more spacious than the Chemist Warehouse ones. WES might even surprise us and make it an Officeworks sized warehouse and go all Sephora/Mecca on us. As bricks and mortar stores become more irrelevant with ecommerce, the foot traffic and cross sales of pharmacy stores will be an interesting space to develop. Well played WES. Proven management team and I think they'll be successful.

I'm still hoping WOW will make a play after spinning out EDV. If SIG make a play to buy out API, it would be more about protecting their market but at 1.55, why not? Make a bid and crunch the numbers like WES!
