    With API, they only own 10% or such of their pharmacies - the rest franchise the Priceline name and use API's warehouse for supplies.

    Like you, I will be hanging on to my API shares - and I a tiny holder with 40k.

    At least $1.55 in value and always the potential of another counter offer. I am even thinking of topping up a bit but don't have much in the way of spare funds at the moment.
