General question - Do you think the offer will get up in a vote?

Seems there are a lot of holders who don't like the deal - and I agree that, once Lockdowns are eliminated from the equation that API will start getting revenue increases.

I ask the question as the SP only went up after the first offer and then settled back below $1.30 where it was before when that offer was rejected. Is $1.55 (less the dividend amount) a fair price currently?
