It's hardly an inspiring offer. Last rebuff the board said the NTA was higher at $1.73 than now this feeble offer and the one before it. Let alone adding on the usual 30% control premium. So if there's no compelling reason to sell why would the board? Sure let them now look over the shop but that's only intended to let them see what's really on offer and tell then them to go home and find more cash, or it's no deal.
