Surely Nystar would not have made an offer if they thought that they were wasting there time, as you say. So I guess, and hope, that your analysis of the situation is a bit simplistic.

Your disclosure is stock held/sell. Is that is a bit of a conflict, maybe you have a sell order on them?

IMHO there is likely to be more action to come before the SP dwindles away to 14c. But we will see.
