those buying at 9.1 expect a revised offer upwards.

if you accept the offer and it gets revised up at a later date you will get the higher price.

l expect the board to come out with ; DO NOT ACCEPT. they should do so asap.

l doubt that EPN will get a lot of acceptances, the question is whether they want to take the whole company or content with control.
