I feel that UWL holder buying OPC and selling UWL to gain more voting power.
ex. UWL offer 1 OPC = $4.835 + $1.147662( 0.80537 x UWL ($1.26)
Seller will not lose, if sell UWL @ 1.40, and buy OPC @ below 5.98. (as long as UWL SP is above 1.26 after acquisition)
Anything above 1.26 will be bonus.
So Seller will obtain voting power with very low risk or no risk (if seller intend to hold UWL after deal)
So, when UWL SP up, OPC SP will up until current OPC buyer obtain sufficient amount to vote for UWL.
