There is absolutely zero in this I'd classify as informative. My interpretation:

We may pay on time or we may not. If we don't we may or may not in October. We are getting advice from someone somewhere, but we can't really say who or what the advice is we're soliciting.

To use a recent political term, what a nothing-burger of an ann. Just puts more clouds around how we will pay, who we are receiving advice from, what levels of dilution can be expected, etc. I suppose what's another 4 months wait after 7 years....

I wonder how those who helped with the bridging loan are feeling about this. If I really try hard to put a positive spin on this it would be they've bought time to try and catch the unicorn.
