Looks like someone got their pants caught down at neon re proxy votes at last neon AGM - saw their legal advice (noting the vote was weirdly so close re removing the board), had their pants down so just bent over anyway.

Gosh, I really feel for neon shareholders - not only do you lose 50% to give evoworld 70% equity but evoworld now control the neon board. Nice Xmas Grinch - greed is good appears to be universal.
