It reads as if they are:
1. Flagging that BHP will not increase their offer; and
2. Pressuring Anglo's board to act.
The non-binding offer expires on 22 May.
I expect BHP's share price to bounce. They haven't even been given access to info... BHP are basically saying to Anglo board, it's on you for missing out on a premium.
