    I see this very differently.

When the share price was ~$1.50, and TG rejected an offer of $2.50, that was a massive vote of confidence that sent the price going even higher than that.

Now, an offer comes through only 10% above market price, and nearly 10% BELOW the ATH, and the board is recommending approving it? And so close to production? That's a massive vote of no confidence IMO (unless of course there is some other games going on - but I think that's just hope at this point).

So if you believe that $3 is going to be the takeover price - which is the only realistic assumption one can make - then you have to ask how long is this going to take and when will I get my $3? If it's going to take months, then $2.90 now is a fair price to receive.

So IMO, the market is pricing in that this IS going ahead, at $3. Sadly I fear the best outcome us holders can have now is a higher bid from someone else, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
