I still think there is an expected and preferred alternative proposal in the wind. and imo its likely to involve a big joint venture that's going to be much more attractive to the LTR board, us holders, FIRB and the independent assessor. Have faith a little longer. By the way, I can think of many other possible bidders not on that list of yours.
