The most critical part of the announcement is that the board is going to unanimously recommend it, and as we all know TG and the board have the shares to make the final decision regardless of what retail do. Even if another bid comes along it might be $3.20 and a capital gains event. I know many LTR investors are older and probably happy to take the cash but there are many of us that believed management when they said we are going to be a dividend paying company in the future.
