Why would any shareholder vote yes, what do they get out of voting yes that they would get if they vote no?If they vote yes and it sells at $3 then they receive $3 per share, where as if they vote no, well the share price will still be around the $3 mark or higher and can sell at that price when ever they wish.
Am I missing something?
