Stunned. Tim said he was looking forward to the dividends yet he’s willing to accept a measly 10% premium to what the share price has been hanging around?
If this is to fish out other parties, it is a dangerous game of chicken. We are so close to production and potential dividends and the board is recommending to sell for cash to an American company? Worst case situation for shareholders. Straight cash sale and this new great Australian company will be out of our hands. At least an Oz buyer may allow us to partake in the dividends. This stinks.
