As a long term holder and old bushie, I simply cant understand why LTR BoD would even consider a $3 offer from ABL, especially before production evens starts!!!
And what about Buldania, that is likely to be an exceptional reserve in its own right?
Still, TO is pretty shrewed, and may be trying to draw other offers out of the woodwork, but then again WHY?? Why not let it run its race and get nice returns and dividends in the long term?
Then again, the full board and shareholders have to accept any offer before things progress.
