The previous "proposals" were only proposals and not entertained by the BOD. This is different. This offers an opportunity for due diligence with a willingness to entertain a formal offer. Big difference. The language this speaks is "We Are Now For Sale" and the auction will begin at $3.00. Now or never, they'll never get another opportunity if they let ALB agree on this take over successfully. Would love to be a fly on the wall
