On the contrary, the IER puts forward a compelling case based on known information and future projections ALB's offer is grossly under fair market valuation and as the offer isn't to the benefit of shareholders, should be rejected.
There's a few ways this could play out. I'm not going to lose sleep over what ifs and maybes.
