Apart from other realistic bids and JV offers likely to be coming along from ALB and others, there's still the DSO deal, assay results and likely resource size increases, and final funding news to be announced. These will push the SP over $3 alone; however, also remember that LTR gets officially included in the ASX100 in mid September, and this could well also light a fire under the SP and current bid price. ALB cant win if offering less than market price. They know that, and so does our board. Somehow I believe LTR will not be swallowed up completely and that a better deal is coming.
