LTr is good for their esg credentials. I supposed it now comes back to what some of us were saying, Ltr being dressed for sale. But can’t believe the price. Sigh
And then everyone else will pay the capital gains tax in one go. I would like pls to make an offer for cash and scrip or $4 scrip so we can cushion the tax bill
We don’t have enough votes to reject the offer when the board accepted it
