Cant think of a single reason why anyone would want this deal to succeed whether they are LT holders or not. As you are a non holder, I'd suggest you have an ulterior motive by advising LTR holders to sell and punt on your own preferred stocks, or maybe its just your lack of knowledge on the future potential of this one post production next year?
